Geotechnical Studies
Before starting any project, it is essential to carry out a geotechnical reconnaissance of the land. This will provide us with the necessary information to calculate and design the foundation structures: their typology, their soil resistance parameters, the depth of the water table… as well as any other incident that affects the drafting of the project.
Geotechnical reports are necessary when drafting projects for all types of homes and industrial warehouses based on the technical building code.
Applications
The study begins with a preliminary vision and collection of basic information about the terrain. Through field work, its characteristics and specifications are determined. With the extraction of samples and their subsequent analysis, the type and conditions of the foundation will be defined.
The conclusions of the study generate the geotechnical report that will provide recommendations to carry out the excavations and foundations in the most optimal way to avoid future structural problems.
